We do our best to keep waiting times to a minimum but urgent problems do arise unexpectedly and may delay some appointments. In these exceptional circumstances our receptionists will endeavour to keep you informed and give you the option to cancel and re-book your appointment.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please advise the practice as soon as possible.

Interpretation Services

If you need an interpreter for your appointment, if possible please make the practice aware ahead of your appointment so we can arrange this for you.

Accidents and Emergencies

In the event of a serious accident or medical emergency, call 999 without delay.

Remember, however, that the Ambulance Service is an overstretched resource, particularly out of hours, and that unnecessary non-urgent calls place an extra burden on Ambulance crews.
